| One of six true freshmen to play for the Cougars in 2001, seeing action in the secondary and on special teams; returned a blocked punt at Stanford for a TD, and blocked a punt against Washington. Saw similar back up action in 2002, posting at least one tackle in all but two games and serving as nickle back in passing situations. A special teams cornerstone. |
