| Lucky Radley finished his junior season with 60 tackles and nine sacks. He also had 1,113 yards rushing for 23 touchdowns and 246 yards receiving for another three scores. He says he benches 295-pounds, squats 385 and has a 34-inch vertical jump.
He had 101 tackles, five sacks, two picks and an interception from his linebacker spot as a 2007 sophomore for Encino (Calif.) Crespi, helping the Celts to the CIF-SS Pac-5 title game. Also ran for a touchdown. Earned First Team All-Serra League Honors in 2007.
Radley also runs track (10.9 100m; 21.9 200m) and may do both in college. “I haven’t decided yet,” he said. “It depends on the program.”
Radley reports a 2.9 core GPA and a 23 ACT.
Radley: “I have good lateral movement and can hit really hard. I can read the field before the play develops and have great vision. I have good speed and anticipation.
“But I still want to tackle better and get faster. You can never be too fast.
“My main thing right now is bulking up and I’m lifting everyday. I think that would help my overall game tremendously.”
