| Markus Wheaton was named 1st team all-region and honorable mention all-state as a WR during his junior year. Caught 23 passes for 476 yards and six TDs. Also rushed for 315 yards and 4 more scores and recorded 49 tackles and 1 INT as a DB.
Named 1st team all region as a sophomore at WR. Bench presses 290-pounds and squat 385; vertical jumps 39-inches.
wheaton reports a 2.7 core GPA and took the SAT in June.
Wheaton: "I'm quick and have great speed. I also have pretty good hands and just get out there and do whatever I need to do.
"I'm trying to get a little bigger and get off the line better. I need to be more physical when fighting for the ball."
