Lorenzo Waters says Rutgers, where he officially visits on Dec. 5, is recruiting him the hardest. “I get calls from them regularly,” Waters said. “I like talking to (defensive line) coach Gary Emanuel. He’s a cool guy. He tells you how it is. I like how he says it’s not all fun and games. The latest Oregon commitment Dontae Williams, is a 4-star running back rated 22nd nationally. The 5-11, 207-pound star for Adline HS of Houston, Texas is preparing for second round action in Texas 5A competition. Serra junior wide receiver has been a huge weapon for Cavalier quarterback Conner Preston this season and has 29 receptions for 631 yards and nine touchdowns. He has two fewer receptions this year than last year, but more yards and more touchdowns. Plus Serra added four-star wide receiver Paul Richardson to the team, and he's also been productive with 27 catches for 516 yards and six touchdowns.   Full Story

The season is getting into that home stretch for Jacob Welter and then things could really take off for him. Of course, Welter has ties back to Nebraska, but he’s been to just about every Cal game this year and is getting other PAC 10 attention. OL Niu Sale continues to hold just one offer and the Huskies are currently in the lead for notching his services, however more and more schools have started to stand up and take notice of his overall skills.
