Encinitas (Calif.) La Costa Canyon receiver Kenny Stills ran away with MVP honors last Saturday at the Scout.com/Fox Sports Regional Combine in Los Angeles. His 4.36 forty-yard dash coupled with his dominance in 1-on-1’s made him an obvious choice.
