"I have to admit that I was shocked that we played 80 minutes against zone," said Cal head coach Mike Montgomery.
"We didn't play against man at all. Maybe we won't again--I don't know? It just changes what you are doing a little bit. We definitely played harder in the second half instead of letting them do onto us. When that happens you are going to give yourself chances, at least to compete, which I thought we did which is important. We, at least, learned that lesson."
