Cal has now received National Letter of Intents from two of its three UnderArmour All-American commits. Dallas (Tex.) Skyline cornerback Steve Williams joins fellow All-American Mark Brazinski as official Cal Bears while everyone still waits on Stan Hasiak’s impending decision…

Steve Williams (5-9, 170) is the speedy lockdown corner colleges covet. In spite of his lack of size, he plays extremely aggressive.

He was impressive in press coverage during the week of practice for UnderArmour All-American game. He consistently jumped underneath routes with his quickness. He showed that he had the ability to run with any of the receivers at the game. He needs to add some strength to play the way he wants to play at the next level. And he had some issues with the bigger receivers, but he was able to overcome some of those problems by simply having better speed.

Williams is the 17th confirmed LOI as of 9:26 a.m. PT.
