It was the Golden Bears first game in 16 days, and the layoff contributed to their sluggish first half. But after the half, Cal went to work.

"I think we felt like ourselves," said Alexis Gray-Lawson. "We just committed to what we wanted to do. When we do that we're very dangerous."

Monday night’s was the final non-conference game before the start of Pac-10 play this weekend. The Bears open at Arizona on Friday night.
