Tehvyn Brantley (5-8, 170) is a prototypical slot receiver. He is fast, quick, elusive, and has good hands. Despite his size, he can be physical if needed. Central Michigan was the first school to offer him. Buffalo offered him next just before he arrived at last month’s B2G Elite Program in Thousand Oaks.
Brantley attended B2G to test his skills against the West Coast athletes. “They say the athletes out [West] are a different breed,” said Brantley.
He says he wants to play in a passing offense, West Coast or preferably a spread. He states he does not want to play in an offense that will strictly use him as a Y-blocker. He loves the West Coast, and he would enjoy playing his college ball in the Pac-10 conference. USC, California, Oregon, and Oregon State are schools he likes.
