All-State Game Honoree Lands Pac-12 Offer

Stephon McCray

Fresno (Calif.) Bullard offensive guard Stephon McCray is one of the top interior linemen prospects in the 2012 class. The three-star prospect was selected to play in the inaugural California High School All-State Game powered by Quicktwitch last week. This week, he picked up his first offer from the Pac-12…

Stephon McCray (6-3, 318) was the Stanford Nike Football Training Camp OL MVP last spring as sophomore. He earned the award over 2011 four-star OG Jordan Rigsbee and top 2012 OL prospects Arik Armstead – who also competed at DL – and Freddie Tagaloa.

McCray missed part of last season with an injury, but it has stopped colleges from looking at the talented big man.

"Stephon just got an offer from Colorado," said Steven McCray, Stephon's father.

McCray camped at California, Fresno State, and UCLA among others last summer. He is one of 24 early invites selected to play in the inaugural California High School All-State Game powered by Quicktwitch.
